We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of a product purchased through our store will exactly match its appearance on your screen or meet every personal expectation.

Product descriptions, availability, prices, colors, and other details may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. High Life Clothing reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason. An order is not accepted until we confirm its acceptance and successfully process the required payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after production begins.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number supplied with the order.

All returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

You represent that products purchased from our store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to any corrections permitted under these Terms. Your order confirmation will show the applicable charges.

Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. High Life Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect customer information, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their contents—including trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio, product reviews, and the selection and arrangement of such materials—are owned by High Life Clothing, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit material from the Services except as permitted by law.

The High Life Clothing name, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or intellectual property of High Life Clothing or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify’s names, logos, designs, and slogans belong to Shopify. Other names and marks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

High Life Clothing is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and High Life Clothing.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales made by High Life Clothing, including injury, damage, or loss allegedly resulting from products or services purchased from our store. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or relating to transactions made directly with High Life Clothing.
